Returns - simple and uncomplicated at Harry Hartmann!

With us, you have the opportunity to test all Fiberreed reeds at your leisure. If you are not satisfied with your reed , you can return it within 14 days of receipt and we will refund the full purchase price (excluding shipping costs).

 

Important notes:

  • Returns are only valid for Fiberreed reeds and Ranger mouthpieces. Other accessories such as mouthpieces from other brands cannot be returned after the first use.
  • The customer shall bear the costs for the return shipment.
  • For returns after the 14-day period, please contact us.

You have the option of ordering various reeds in different thicknesses, trying them out at home and simply returning them if they don't fit - with a refund.
