Terms and conditions

General information
All deliveries and services are subject to these terms and conditions. Supply contracts are concluded verbally or in writing. Conflicting terms and conditions of purchase shall only be recognized if they have been expressly agreed in writing. Amendments to the contract are legally invalid unless they have been confirmed by me in writing. The client recognizes these terms and conditions as binding for him with every order or placement of order.

Offer
Offers are always subject to change with regard to price, quantity, delivery periods and delivery options. Dimensions, illustrations, drawings, contents etc. are without guarantee. I reserve the right to make price changes as well as interim sales and price errors.

Conclusion of contract
The contract is concluded with an order confirmation from me or by sending the goods.

Prices
All prices are gross prices and include VAT at the rate applicable at the time of delivery. Shipping costs are calculated according to a price list. If not all ordered items can be delivered at once, I do not charge shipping costs for subsequent deliveries.

delivery
Delivery shall be ex warehouse to the delivery address specified by the purchaser. The buyer undertakes to inspect the delivered goods immediately and to notify me of any material defects. The defective delivery items are to be kept ready for inspection in the condition in which they were at the time the defect was discovered.

Terms of payment
Payment is due in Germany, Austria and Switzerland within 14 days of invoicing. Deliveries outside Germany, Austria and Switzerland are usually made by credit card or Paypal. The goods remain my property until full payment has been received. In the event of late payment, I will charge €5 per reminder from the 2nd reminder.

Right of return
The customer is entitled to return ordered items within 14 days of receipt without giving reasons. Returns to me are always carriage paid. Unpaid consignments or consignments by last name will not be accepted. Payments already made will be refunded.

Warranty and liability
Unless otherwise stated, the warranty period is 3 months and begins on the date of delivery. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear and expires if the customer modifies the delivered goods. If the delivered item is defective or lacks warranted characteristics or if it becomes defective within the warranty period due to manufacturing or material defects, I shall deliver a replacement or better item to the exclusion of other warranty claims by the buyer. Multiple repairs are permissible.

Applicable law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply to these terms and conditions and to all legal relations between me and the buyer. Other national laws as well as the uniform international sales law are excluded.

Data protection
The buyer agrees to the collection, processing and use of personal data required exclusively for business transactions.

Miscellaneous
If individual provisions of these GTCs are or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
