If for reasons of convenience or taste, you want to play synthetic reeds, Harry Hartmann’s new designed Fiberreed are really an improvement and quite satisfactory.  The reeds are pretty consistently good. For me – the best on soprano is Carbon Fiberreed medium soft and for tenor Carbon Fiberreed medium.”
