Every woodwind player knows the scenario: the search for the perfect reed is often laborious and time-consuming.
Wooden reeds have to be played in before they develop their full sound, and even then their life span is short.
With every new reed , the cycle starts all over again - playing in, adjusting, and all too often the frustrating moment when the reed breaks prematurely or loses its quality.
In addition, there is the constant worry that moisture and wear will cause the reed to curl or smell unpleasant.
Discover Fiberreed, the revolutionary solution that overcomes all the problems of traditional wooden reeds and paves the way for unprecedented musical freedom.
Fiberreed combines advanced material science with the passion and know-how of experienced musicians to create a reed that is not only durable and crack-resistant, but also delivers a consistent, high-quality sound from the very first moment.
No need for any set-up. Fiberreed is ready for your music from the very first moment, saving you valuable time and allowing you to concentrate on your performance.
Fiberreed lasts 20-30 times longer than traditional wood reeds. This remarkable longevity makes Fiberreed the cost-effective choice for musicians of all levels.
Regardless of humidity or other external conditions, Fiberreed delivers a consistent sound. Forget worrying about the changing quality of your reed.
Fiberreed does not absorb moisture, is easy to clean and remains hygienic and odor-free. Another plus point for musicians who value sustainability and cleanliness.
A common misconception among woodwind players is that no synthetic reed can ever match the sound and playability of a traditional wooden reed.
Many musicians assume that synthetics would lead to a loss of sound quality or expression.
These assumptions date back to a time when synthetic reeds was still in its infancy.
Fiberreed overcomes prejudices with advanced technology. Our reeds surpass traditional wooden reeds in sound and playability, are durable, hygienic and immediately ready to play.
Enjoy consistent performance without compromise and concentrate fully on your music.
The decision to use Fiberreed goes far beyond the immediate musical benefits.
If we look at the long-term costs and benefits, it quickly becomes clear why Fiberreed is the smart choice for any musician.

Now I've found the reed with copper in it and a thickness of 1.5 and tried it out. What can I say? After a short period of getting used to it, I'm delighted and now only play this reed. Hopefully it will be around for a long time to come. 😊Trustindex checks whether the original source of the rating is Google.Jochen AdlerI have been using the Fiberreed - reeds for about 1 year now. The playing feel has changed enormously. The tone now has a much more typical saxophone sound. I use the reeds for practicing as well as for performances in the music club. Compared to woodenreeds , the Fiberreed can be played directly without moistening and has a direct presence. It also shows consistent characteristics in terms of hardness and playability. I will recommend the Fiberreed - reeds to every saxophonist.Trustindex checks whether the original source of the rating is Google.Michael PramsI liked the idea of Fiberreed leaves right from the start. That's why I've been using this type since I was a beginner. I now even have an "intermediate strength" made for me and am very satisfied. No wet sucking necessary, ready to use immediately and the papers last a very long time!Trustindex checks whether the original source of the rating is Google.Rene ZuelliI (amateur musician) have only been playing Fiberreed reeds for years, especially on alto sax, but also on tenor sax. No playing in, always the same, no rejects and they feel like they last forever. I also really like the new Carbon G-Sax. The bottom line is that it's cheaper than (boxes of) reeds reeds and much less hassle and frustration.Trustindex checks whether the original source of the rating is Google.Harald Föst (saxfan2162)I've been playing alto saxophone for about 4 years and have tested pretty much every plastic reed that was available. My clear choice finally fell on Fiberreed Carbon G-Sax. It has a great sound for soul, funk, pop and rock. No more playing in, starts immediately, strength remains constant for an extremely long time (which is not the case with all plastic reeds)! There's no reason for me to switch to wood, which is obviously the opinion of many well-known professionals.Trustindex checks whether the original source of the rating is Google.Bill BoardThe Fiberreed Carbon Classic Tenor MH was my friend from the very first note. My already earthy RC now sounds even more wicked. Response below the low "E" needs some practice on another course. Otherwise, good response and warm tones across the octaves. Now I'm looking forward to the service life. If this is also positive, I'll say goodbye to bamboo. Carbon G-Sax is not my cup of tea at all, it sounds too shrill/bright/bleached for me. But that may be different in another constellation.Trustindex checks whether the original source of the rating is Google.David BurckhardtThe best invention since the saxophone ! J'utilise des anches Fiberreed Carbon depuis plus de 20 ans, sur tous les saxophones (soprano, alto, ténor & baryton) ainsi qu'aux clarinettes (soprano & basse). The first motivation was the fact that they don't sound, because they don't absorb any humidity. When playing different instruments in the open air, this is an enormous advantage. During use, you appreciate their durability and the fact that they are always ready to play. What's more, their robustness supports very intensive use, such as long outdoor use in fortissimo. Thanks to Fiberreed, the anches dispense with the musician's preoccupations, who can devote himself entirely to music.Load moreGoogle overall rating 4.8 out of 5, based on 18 reviews
